Refund Policy.

Cancel any time through the billing portal (Account → Manage billing). Canceling stops all future charges. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for — so canceling on day 3 of a month still gives you the other ~27 days.

If we got something wrong — you were charged twice, you were charged after canceling, or the paid features genuinely didn't work during your billing period — email akiva@ash-ai.appwithin 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. Include the email on your account.

If you simply forgot to cancel, write to us anyway — we're a small operation and we'd rather be fair than keep $9.99 you didn't mean to spend. A refund for a partly-used month is at our discretion.

Spent credits — a verdict that ran is a verdict we paid to compute. Refunds also end the subscription for that period: a refunded month's remaining credits are removed.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
